Even if you think that the desk chair in your office is quite comfortable, sitting for long periods of time could still be causing permanent damage to your back, shoulders, and other parts of your body. Most people think that sitting in a desk chair is the most comfortable way to work, but in fact, it can be painfully uncomfortable due to ergonomic issues.
