Technical editor David Schloss includes Biomorph Desks in his favorite gadgets and gizmos.

Biomorph Maxo
It might look like the sort of table that Buck Rogers would use (the Buck Rogers from 1979, not the one from the Thirties) but the Biomorph Maxo is easily one of the most ergonomically friendly pieces of furniture ever to grace an office or studio. With a massive footprint of 95(W) x 54(D) inches, the Maxo can support up to six monitors, and is instantly height adjustable via a crank or optional motor so the table can move from sitting height to standing height in a few seconds.

A spring-loaded height-adjustable keyboard moves from 5 inches below the table surface to as high as 7 inches above it and has 15 degrees of ergonomic tilt. If you get Carpal Tunnel Syndrome while using the Maxo, it's not the desk's fault.

If the Maxo is too big for you, the company also makes a variety of other sizes and configurations, everything from a small production station to a complete office environment.
