Installation
At Biomorph, we understand the importance of a streamlined assembly process for our customers. To ensure economic packaging and shipping, our desks, tables, and select products are shipped knocked-down and require assembly before use. However, rest assured that our efficient design makes desk assembly a breeze. Each package includes the necessary tools and hardware, along with comprehensive assembly instructions.
For smaller desks, assembly can typically be completed by one person. However, for larger desks that may be heavier and more cumbersome, we recommend having two people for assistance. In some cases, powered screwdrivers may be helpful for opening crates and driving wood screws into specific models. Otherwise, a Philips hand screwdriver and the included Allen keys are all you need to assemble your desk.
Upon purchasing a desk, we will promptly send you assembly instructions via email. You can also find them on the respective product pages and easily print them out for reference. Simply navigate to the “Assembly Instructions” tab located at the bottom of each desk product page.
White Glove Installation
For those seeking a hassle-free installation experience, we offer a White Glove on-site installation service for an additional charge. Simply contact us via phone or email, and we will provide you with an estimate for lead times and installation fees. This service is highly recommended for larger desk orders or multiple unit purchases. Our professional installers will handle every step of the process, including receiving the shipments, scheduling an appointment with you, delivering all parts, assembling the desks in place, and removing all packaging materials and trash.
