FR300 Humanscale Foot Machine Footrest

When I’m editing video for long sessions, my feet and legs often feel tired. The Foot Machine gives me a stable base and the rocking motion keeps things from getting static. Function and form both tick the box.

At 5’6″ I needed a foot rest that could raise my feet comfortably for a nice ergonomic position. The three-inch height adjustment of this model hit the sweet spot. My seating posture is much better now.

I have a sit-stand desk but often stay seated for extended periods. This foot rest encourages subtle movement which helps my ankles and calves feel less stiff. Worth it for anyone still sitting a lot.
